Graduation Speech

By Lylybell Baez and Tiffany Umphenour

Good evening family, friends, and faculty. Welcome to the eighth grade graduation of 2010. I'm Tiffany Umphenour, student body treasurer. I'm Lylybell Baez, student body president. Tonight is a night that I hope we will all remember...our eighth grade graduation.

First off, I would like to thank all the staff for their support. I would like to thank the cafeteria workers. the food wasn't that bad like they say school food is, it was fairly good and they were really friendly to everyone. Also, the janitors, they were always there when you needed them to fix something. And they are an important part of the school because it doesn't run smoothly or cleanly without them. I would like to thank Mrs. Arnold, our student council advisor for helping us throughout the year. Mrs. Euker, our principal; vice principal Mrs. Ariaz, for always taking charge. I don't know where we would be without you two. And last but of course not least, the aides. the aides were always out in the yard during breaks and lunch to stop anyone from getting into trouble or to pull apart fights. They are like out school heroes.
