Madera County Sheriff John Anderson is issuing a warning about a suspicious email you may receive from an outfit announcing that you are a winner.</p><p>The subject headline reads:</p><p>"You are a lucky winner. Congratulations open attachment."</p><p>Title of document attached: "2010 FIFA WORLD CUP"</p><p>Sheriff Anderson says do NOT open it.</p><p>Supervisor Frank Bigelow received the following email. "Never open these kinds of notifications," he says. "Delete them immediately."
