Alview names students of the month

ReprintAlview School recently honored the April Students of the Month. The students were selected from each class.
They include: Wilmer Becerra, Elizabeth Flemate, Kimberly Espinoza, Brian Fitch, Megan Heffernan, Angel Maya, Anthony Lascarez, and Samantha Carpio.
Wilmer Bererra represents Mrs. Alvarez's class at the Student of the Month for April.
He is the son of Rene Becerra and ———— Lopez.
Wilmer's favorite super hero is Spider Man.
He says people like him because he is nice.
He likes Alview School because it is a nice school and he has a lot of friends there.
Wilmer likes the rain better than the sun because the rain is fine.
If he could fly like a bird he would fly to Disneyland.
His best friend at school is Ian because he likes to play with him.
The best thing about his parents is that they buy him the toys he likes.
When he grows up he wants to be a firefighter. Wilmer has worked very hard this year. He is doing a great job," stated his teacher.
Elizabeth Flemate is a kindergarten student in Ms. Heffernan's class.
She is the daughter of Maria and Federico Flemate.
Her favorite Disney character is Mickey Mouse.
She says people like her because she likes to help them.
She enjoys playing with her friends at Alview School.
Elizabeth likes the sun because she likes to play outside.
If she could fly like a bird she would fly to Mexico to see her grandma.
Azeneth Flemate is her best friend at school because she plays with her.
"I like my mom and dad because they buy me shoes," she stated.
When she grows up she wants to be a teacher.
"Elizabeth is such a considerate and sweet girl. She is always willing to help and always thinks of others," stated her teacher. "She tries her best at all she does and is a joy to have in my class this year."
Kimberly Espinoza is the first grade Student of the Month in Mrs. Robbins' class.
She is the daughter of Antonio Dela Rosa.
Her favorite character is Arthur. "His sister D.W. is funny, Kimberly stated. "I watch them on T.V. with my brother."
What she likes best about Alview School is playing on the monkey bars even though she gets blisters.
She likes the rain better than the sun. "I like to get wet but my mom won't let me," she stated.
If she could fly like a bird she would fly to a tree because she could see a lot from the top of a tree.
Katherine is her best friend at school because they like to play together.
She says the best thing about her mom and dad is that they hug her a lot and make her feel good.
When she grows up she wants to be a teacher because she likes kids.
"Kimberly is a conscientious, respectful student. She has a pleasant, positive attitude. There is always a smile on her face. I enjoy having her in my class," stated Mrs. Robbins.
The April Student of the Month representing Mrs. Trost's class is Brian Fitch.
He is the son of Varley and Michelle Fitch.
Brian's favorite Disney character is Goofy because he is funny.
Brian says people like him because he is funny.
He thinks the best thing about Alview School is that he learns and it is fun.
Brian would pick the rain over the sun any day because it is fun and you can jump in the puddles.
If he could fly like a bird he would go to the beach so he could fly away from the waves.
Clay is his best friend at school because they play together at recess and they play baseball together.
What he likes best about his mom and dad is that they play with him.
Brian wants to be a professional baseball player when he grows up.
"Brian has a good sense of humor. he likes to make people laugh. He is always happy," stated his teacher. "Brian always does his homework and his handwriting is very good."
Megan Heffernan is the second grade Student of the Month in Mrs. Pain'es class.
She is the daughter of Jon and Gina Heffernan.
Minnie Mouse is Megan's favorite Disney character because she is funny.
She says people like her because she is funny too.
Math is her favorite subject at school.
"I like the sun because I get to go swimming in my pool," she stated.
