The program was initiated by Life Change Church. They continue to head up the program with some help from the community.

The pantry is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The pantry is closed all holidays, and the day before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

The hours are 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Life Change Church at the rear door of Faith Hall located at 717 Robertson Boulevard.

Requirements to receive food are: a picture ID plus two pieces of mail, all showing the same Chowchilla address.
