Seeds from the Sower

An efficiency expert asked an elevator operator, "How much time do you spend on each of your job assignments?"

He thought for a moment, and answered, "Up, 50 percent; down, 50 percent." But don't let your downs bring discouragement. Christ can't suffer defeat; nor can they who trust Him.

Paul said, "I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything/ I have learned the secret of contentment in every situation, whether it be a full stomach or hunger, plenty or want; for I can do everything God asks me to with the help of God who gives me the strength and power."
