Spartan Time at Wilson Middle School

Students will be assigned to clubs.

New this year at Wilson Middle School is "Spartan Time." Each day from 2:55 to 3:20 students will participate in "Spartan Time." Each student will be assigned to a different club for two weeks. Spartan time Clubs include: Golf I, Scrapbooking, Nintendo WII, PSP, Colf II, Board Games, Book Club, Newspaper, Dance Revolution, Creative Athletics I, Creative Athletics II, IPOD, Weight Lifting, Chess, Sing Star, Gardening, Sewing, Art and Computer.

Monday morning Wilson students had the opportunity to sign up for lunch time intramurals. The first will be flag football.

Tuesday intervention classes began. Classes will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Morning classes run from 7:20 to 8:15 and afternoon classes are from 3:25 to 4:25. Intervention runs through May 2010.

The first awards assembly of the new year will be held this Friday, Aug. 28, beginning at 2:20 p.m.

A Back To School dance will also be held this Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.
